Services

We provide support for clients navigating anxiety, depression, attachment issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, self esteem, and ADHD or learning differences.

Everyone has unique needs in therapy. To understand how we can best work together, we will take the time to understand you and your world. That may involve discussing relationship and behavior patterns, or fears and instances of intense emotion. Ultimately, we strive to build a welcoming, kind and safe place for us to develop a plan catered to you. Together, we will identify concrete skills to help manage distress, navigate relationships and take action that feels true to who you are.

We see therapy as a partnership between our clients and us. You are the expert on you, and we will always welcome reflection and feedback on how you feel our work is going.
